- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

We strive to provide effective pest control solutions. However, results may vary based on the severity of the infestation, environmental factors, and client compliance with our recommendations. Follow-up services may be required for complete pest eradication.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Preparation for Services: Clients must ensure the property is prepared for treatment as per our guidelines. Failure to prepare adequately may impact service effectiveness.
- Post-Treatment: Clients are required to follow the post-treatment instructions provided by ANPC to maximize results.
- Access: Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the treatment area.
5. Health and Safety
ANPC uses government-approved, environmentally friendly pest control products. While we take all necessary precautions, clients must:
- Notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment.
- Keep children and pets away from the treatment area as advised.
6. Liability
- Limited Liability: ANPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pest control services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
- No Guarantee for Reinfestation: We are not responsible for reinfestation due to environmental factors, neighboring properties, or lack of preventive measures.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during service booking or delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
